I participate in many activities outside of the video game world Like football soccer

I have played football for six years now and I love to play it today I also like to player Sports like soccer volleyball,etc I participate in ashburn robotics (FTC)  I love it I've been participating in it for 1 year so far

School has started again, And it will take a lot of work trying to get out of 8th grade I strive for high honors as an excelled student in advanced English/Math

I Really dont know how long I've been playing RedBombfreedom, But I have grown to love the server and the admins/community. it has been such a great experience for me! I m a super admin here so i pretty much have experience with being a staff member like on a Different server I have Been Senior admin.

I am also a Super Admin on Redbombfreedom in the little time have Played redbombfreedom I enjoy Playing on it, I have made Some Friends on here, I have done not so many unforgettable things on Here, I have Enjoyed it in the short time I've been on it, I am here applying for the first time I Hope i get accepted it woul make me hap

Why I Should Be telnet Admin

 My experience- I was Staff On here for I dont even know and in what ever time that was I learned some Stop about how to be staff and I understand more things about the Server, and All the other commands most staff use to perform their job That is surely a benefit To be a staff on here I also know a lot about admin Commands

In real Life, i have many many many Skills, Leadership intelligence I try and try to use these skills to best of my ability to be staff My real life skills affect my ingame attitude sometimes, which helps me out a lot  when i need it in real life i work and i get things done this is what i did before i was staff and i plan to do it again

My work ethic I have a very Strong work  ethic/performace Being A Op, I tried to help people as much as i can building/Help with commands its every fun i help a lot of people but some people are not asking for help so i ask if then need help So if i get telnet admin I will be real happy cause then more people will ask for help and it will be helpful for everyone

Dedication  i have a big dedication to redbombfreedom I enjoy everything about it: Including the forum people The server in general and the entire community in general i try to make time for redbombfreedom  everyday i honestly am commited to it and i always try to go on all three aspects of  the server as much as i can i have been dedicated to help redbombcraft  for a little bit of time now and my dedication just keeps growing and growing everyday

involvement i am very involved in the server and the people in the community whenever i got ingame i am talking to people most of the time and i really enjoy it it realllly helps me build up my bond with the community i also like assisting people in Chat when they are having troubles and ask for help it helps me get to know the community more  i help sometimes in game when there is grief and i help ban when there is greif sometimes i can overban but not much i plan to be more careful with banning

My Weakness-

Since my first time being Super admin on the server i have worked on my weaknesses greatly i understand why i got superadmin, and i have tried to get better at it so i can get promted and so far i have succeeded  trying to help people with there problems here are a few of my weaknesses and how i can been resolvng/resolved them

immaturity- this is my main weakness and it always gets to me sometimes i can get super immature it happens ingame i try to be funny but every once in a while i may go way out of hand however i have ben being more controlled and thinking about what i say before i say it because i dont want to hurt anyone but i always get serious when the job needs  to be done nor do i plan to this weakness has because Controlled in the past time ive been playing but still cant say im invulnerable to it

attitude/self contrl- Sometimes it super hard for me to control my temper/attitude sometimes i will not say so nice things and then realize what i have said after i have worked hsrd on  being nice to everybody as i possibly can even some people who are more than disrespectful to me overall i dont see this as a major major issue but it may affect me once a while just like a while ago also sometimes its hard for me to control what i say ingame things might just slip out of me i have worked on controlling my self in game

Conclusion-

In conclusion im ready to Become a Telnet admin  i have worked on my weaknesses and feel i have mostly overcome them its been a couple hours now and now that i have worked on the problems i have i hope that now i can be a telnet admin
